We founded ASK Academy & Consulting based on a simple belief: leadership is learned, practiced, and shared. Our reputation was built on successfully leading large-scale public sector transformations, including ERP, HCM, and time and attendance implementations. These projects required precision, strong governance, and a focus on people during the change management process.
Throughout this journey, we identified a pressing need to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, as well as between theory and practice. Through HER PM and the Impact Collective, we provide consulting, training, and mentorship that empowers executives, equips project managers, and develops the next generation of project leaders. Our goal is to help clients go beyond project management by enhancing governance, building confidence, and driving sustainable impact.
